Over the years I have become an avid fan of In n Out Burger. Their slogan is “Quality You Can Taste!” and they make fresh custom burgers and fries any way you want them…if you know the “secret language.” I like my burgers protein style (wrapped in lettuce) but the animal-style fries are certainly worth a try!

Cafe Rio has been a Utah favorite for years. Now, hungry eaters in Colorado, Idaho, Arizona, Nevada, and California can enjoy Cafe Rio as well! You will want to bring your appetite when you eat here, especially if you are going to try to tackle one of their famous smothered burritos. The pork is what makes Cafe Rio a must-taste!

Chipotle

Chipotle is one of the most delicious, healthy, and eco-conscious food choices out there. I would describe it as less of a “Mexican” restaurant and more of a burrito restaurant. They also have salads and “burrito bowls,” which give you all the joy of a burrito in the convenience of a bowl (also saves you calories on the tortillas.) Their fajita veggies and rice are incredible, and best of all they support farmers who do not use steroids on their animals as well as free-range cattle. It’s all good!
